The General Muir has been compared – with good reason – to the Jewish delicatessens of New York City. It’s become a favorite among locals and homesick New Yorkers. Chef Ginsberg, a two-time James Beard Foundation Semifinalist, has a wealth of culinary experience and knowledge. One area he realized home cooks often have issues with is how to correctly use spices.
