If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up for this free class. The orientation will provide you with all the info necessary to help with classes. Successful completion of our Knife Skills 101 is a requirement for becoming an assistant. Go ahead and sign up for both to get started right away! Being an assistant requires hard work and time but it’s an opportunity to interact with the Chefs, receive recipes, taste samples, learn lots, and have lots of fun! Must be 18 years of age or older to become an assistant.
