Chef Bio:
Brenda grew up with canning and preserving in her genes. Processing seasonal produce was more of a chore than anything. At the suggestion of a friend to assist a canning class with her at The Cook’s Warehouse, she reluctantly agreed.
Now many years later, “puttin’ up” is not only an obsession, it’s a passion, and she’s the owner of The Passionate Preserver.
