a native New Orleanian, is a self- taught chef, specializing in Creole Soul Cuisine. Using her years of hands on experience from her rich Creole culture, she has been catering and cooking for over twenty-five years. Huguette has successfully catered all types of events, developed recipes and offer menu planning to clients. She has taught and demonstrated her recipes on Creole Soul Cuisine at the Atlanta Public Library, and has recently hosted and produced her first filmed Creole Soul Cooking Show. Huguette teaches and strongly believes in cooking from the earth, which consist of fresh produce, sautéing, smothering and simmering.
