John Wilson is a certified chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Chef Wilson has appeared in Atlanta on local news magazine shows including: Noonday Atlanta, Good Morning Atlanta, Good Day Atlanta, and CNN Healthwatch. He has also been featured in a array of local magazines and publications.
When not in Europe, Chef Wilson is the Culinary Director for Perimeter College in Atlanta, GA, where he teaches a chefs program. Previously, he owned a gourmet food shop and catering business, served as food and beverage director for Fernbank Museum of Natural History, is the former owner of Culinary Vacations, Inc. and has cooked for Author Peter Mayle and for Henry Kissinger
