Featured in Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Taste of Atlanta, Whole Foods, Buford Highway Farmers Market and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, mother-daughter Chinese Southern Belles (and Atlanta natives), Natalie and Margaret connect people, food, culture and learning and enrich their events with Buddha-to-Bubba family stories from China to America's Deep South and their passion for travel, diversity, healthy living and sustainability. By sharing their tips and tales, Margaret and Natalie hope to add a fun fusion touch to the kitchen, a cross-cultural dimension to Atlanta's immigrant history, and a shared sense of community through the celebration of food, family and culture. As the company’s founder, Natalie Keng, grew up working in the family restaurant and is a Harvard Kennedy School graduate with experience in multicultural relations, social marketing and public service. Margaret Keng taught the first Chinese cooking class, was a public school teacher in Cobb County for 17 years, international business consultant and is now an award-winning realtor and avid fisherman. CSB has been on People TV, Georgia Public Radio, Atlanta Business Radio and partnered with local markets and businesses, including Farmer D Organics, Georgia Organics, Sevananda Natural Foods and Slow Food Atlanta. “We bring diverse food and people together for fun and learning.
