In 2010-2011 Chef Joanne made two very important decisions - to retire from her full time position and to pursue her dream of learning more about the culinary field. She graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta, having learned about classical French techniques, garde manger (the cold kitchen), and having received a baking and pastry diploma. She is here to show you the hows and whys to create wonderful artisan products in your own home. Joanne may be a familiar face to many of you - she is a Cook’s and Sherlock’s employee working in the kitchen and in our stores since 2007.
