Chef Bio:
Husband and wife team, Kim & Ginny Youngblood have been Eggers for 8 years now. They both cook on the Big Green Egg while at home as most all of their appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts are cooked on the BGE’s. Ginny jokes that her stove/oven in the house are mostly used as warming stations. Kim and Ginny enjoy cooking at 5-6 Eggfests throughout the country each year as well as doing demonstration cooks at stores in the Southeast. “We enjoy meeting the people and teaching all the things the BGE can do” says Ginny. Kim also teaches Big Green Egg 101 at various Eggfests.
