Fun Details – All classes include menu recipes, samples of the food prepared and complimentary beverages. All students receive a 10% discount off of in store purchases (excluding alcohol) before and after class on the day of the class. Think of hot pots as a mingling of tasty layers: broth, foundation ingredients (basic foods found in every dish), main ingredients, natural flavorings, accents and garnishes. All of the ingredients are simmered in one pot that is shared by family or friends around the dining table. Especially popular in the colder winter months, there are many of varieties of hot pot dishes. Tonight’s menu includes these favorites:
