Fun Details – All classes include menu recipes, samples of the food prepared and complimentary beverages. All students receive a 10% discount off of in store purchases (excluding alcohol) before and after class on the day of the class. Cooking Fundamentals: 3 Day Series Hands On (March 2015)

Designed for those new to the kitchen, or those who simply want to learn more about cooking and brush up on basic techniques, this 3 part series will improve your kitchen confidence and skills in no time! You’ll learn basic knife skills, how to choose kitchen equipment, stock the pantry and refrigerator with the essentials, and use them to create simple, delicious meals. You’ll learn a myriad of cooking techniques such as poaching, sautéing, braising, frying, baking, roasting, boiling, searing, emulsifying, creating reductions, pressure cooking and brining as you prepare dishes such as:
